{"id":43,"date":"2021-08-19T10:32:44","date_gmt":"2021-08-19T03:32:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conf.icgbio.ru\/bgrssb2014\/?page_id=43"},"modified":"2021-08-24T11:56:59","modified_gmt":"2021-08-24T04:56:59","slug":"visa","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/conf.icgbio.ru\/bgrssb2014\/en\/visa\/","title":{"rendered":"Visa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Dear foreign guests!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the requirements of the Federal Migration Service (FMS) and the Russian legislation for foreign colleagues to participate in the conference it is necessary to make a humanitarian visa, which includes scientific and technical visa.\u00a0<u>Participation in the conference of foreign participants with a tourist or business visa is prohibited by the FMS rules.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Humanitarian visa is prepared on the basis of an invitation letter, which is made by the conference\u00a0organizing committee\u00a0for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Russia. For\u00a0 invitation letter preparation please send e-mail with the subject &#8220;Visa for BGRS\\SB-2014&#8221;\u00a0 to the person in charge \u2013\u00a0 academic secretary for international relations Dr. Galina Kiseleva\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:KiselevaGN@icg.sbras.ru\">KiselevaGN@icg.sbras.ru<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The letter should contain following data:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passport copy (the page with photo)\u00a0\u00a0(PDF or any graphics format)<\/li>\n<li>Compete office address<\/li>\n<li>Post code<\/li>\n<li>Fax number<\/li>\n<li>Phone number<\/li>\n<li>The name of the city where the visa have to be prepared (in the Russian consulate\u00a0in the country).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For residents of EU countries and the USA visa letter is free. Turnaround time is 1 week.<\/p>\n<p>For residents of countries in Asia and the UK the processing\u00a0fee for\u00a0the visa letter is 500 rubles. Turnaround time is 1 month.
