Annotation:
The section will be devoted to high-performance data processing methods in biology/bioinformatics, parallelization methods algorithms for computing-specific bioinformatics tasks. Will be considered optimization problems of computer genomics, analysis of high-performance genomic sequencing, BigData in bioinformatics.
