\nAccording to the requirements of the Federal Migration Service (FMS) and the Russian legislation for foreign colleagues to participate in the conference it is necessary to make a humanitarian visa, which includes scientific and technical visa.\u00a0Participation in the conference of foreign participants with a tourist or business visa is prohibited by the FMS rules.<\/u>
\nHumanitarian visa is prepared on the basis of an invitation letter, which is made by the conference organizing committee in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Russia.
\nVisa invitation is prepared for\u00a0free<\/strong> in 2 weeks<\/strong> for residents of \u00a0USA,<\/span> China,<\/span> Japan,<\/span> Austria,<\/span> Belgium,<\/span> Bulgaria,<\/span> Hungary,<\/span> Germany,<\/span> Denmark,<\/span> Greece,<\/span> Iceland,<\/span> Ireland,<\/span> Italy,<\/span> Latvia,<\/span> Lithuania,<\/span> Luxembourg,<\/span> Malta,<\/span> Netherlands,<\/span> Poland,<\/span> Portugal,<\/span> Romania,<\/span> Slovakia,<\/span> Slovenia,<\/span> Finland,<\/span> France,<\/span> Croatia,<\/span> Czech Republic,<\/span> Switzerland,<\/span> Sweden,<\/span> Estonia<\/span>.

- Compete office address<\/li>\n
- Position<\/li>\n
- Post code<\/li>\n
- Fax number<\/li>\n
- Phone number<\/li>\n
- The name of the city where the visa have to be prepared (in the Russian consulate in the country).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
For residents of other countries<\/span> (not included in the list of the countries listed above), the cost of processing the visa invitation is 800 rubles<\/strong>. Turnaround time \u2013 1, 5 months<\/strong>. Payment will be carried out on arrival at the conference (at the registration).
\nIMPORTANT<\/strong>: for residents of these countries for preparation of visa invitations, along with the rest of the documents listed above,\u00a0it is necessary to\u00a0send a\u00a0complete copy of your passport<\/strong>\u00a0(including blank pages).
