{"id":69,"date":"2016-05-27T05:12:58","date_gmt":"2016-05-27T02:12:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/conf.bionet.nsc.ru\/pgen2016\/?page_id=69"},"modified":"2021-03-31T15:39:31","modified_gmt":"2021-03-31T08:39:31","slug":"visa","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/conf.icgbio.ru\/pgen2016\/en\/visa\/","title":{"rendered":"Visa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Dear foreign guests!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the requirements of the Federal Migration Service (FMS) and the Russian legislation for foreign colleagues to participate in the conference it is necessary to make a humanitarian visa, which includes scientific and technical visa.\u00a0<u>Participation in the conference of foreign participants with a tourist or business visa is prohibited by the FMS rules.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Humanitarian visa is prepared on the basis of an invitation letter, which is made by the conference organizing committee in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Russia.<br \/>\nVisa invitation is prepared <strong>for\u00a0free<\/strong> in <strong>2 weeks<\/strong> for residents of \u00a0<span style=\"color: #993300;\">USA<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> China<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Japan<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Austria<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Belgium<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Bulgaria<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Hungary<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Germany<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Denmark<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Greece<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Iceland<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Ireland<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Italy<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Latvia<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Lithuania<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Luxembourg<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Malta<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Netherlands<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Poland<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Portugal<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Romania<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Slovakia<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Slovenia<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Finland<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> France<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Croatia<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Czech Republic<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Switzerland<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Sweden<span style=\"color: #000000;\">,<\/span> Estonia<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>For\u00a0invitation letter preparation please send e-mail with the subject \u201cVisa for MM-HPC-BBB-2016\u201d\u00a0 to the person in charge \u2013 Dmitrieva Nadia\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:dmitrieva.nadine@gmail.com\">dmitrieva.nadine@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0(please, make a copy to\u00a0the organizing committee:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:bgrs2016@bionet.nsc.ru\">bgrs2016@bionet.nsc.ru<\/a>)<br \/>\nThe letter should contain following data:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passport copy (the page with photo)\u00a0 (PDF or any graphics format)<\/li>\n<li>Compete office address<\/li>\n<li>Position<\/li>\n<li>Post code<\/li>\n<li>Fax number<\/li>\n<li>Phone number<\/li>\n<li>The name of the city where the visa have to be prepared (in the Russian consulate in the country).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #993300;\">For residents of other countries<\/span> (not included in the list of the countries listed above), the cost of processing the visa invitation is <strong>800 rubles<\/strong>. Turnaround time \u2013 <strong>1, 5 months<\/strong>.
