For\u00a0 invitation letter preparation please send e-mail with the subject &#8220;Visa for PLANT GENETICS AND GENOMICS FOR FOOD SECURITY &#8211; 2016&#8221;\u00a0 to the person in charge \u2013\u00a0 academic secretary for international relations Dr. Nadejda Dmitrieva <a href=\"mailto:dmitrieva.nadine@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><b>dmitrieva.nadine@gmail.com<\/b><\/a>\u00a0and copy\u00a0to the organizing committee\u00a0to\u00a0nskvogis@icg.sbras.ru.<\/p>\n<p>Visa invitation is prepared <strong>for\u00a0free<\/strong> in <strong>2 weeks<\/strong> for residents of USA, China, Japan, Austria, Belgium,Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Denmark, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg,Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia.<\/p>\n<p>The letter should contain following data:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passport copy (the page with photo)\u00a0 (PDF or any graphics format)<\/li>\n<li>Complete office address<\/li>\n<li>Complete home address<\/li>\n<li>Position<\/li>\n<li>Post code<\/li>\n<li>Fax number<\/li>\n<li>Phone number<\/li>\n<li>The name of the city where the visa have to be prepared (in the Russian consulate in the country).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For residents of other countries (not included in the list of the countries listed above), the cost of processing the visa invitation is <strong>800 rubles<\/strong>. Turnaround time \u2013 <strong>1, 5 months<\/strong>.
