Transcriptional activity of genes involved in the metabolism of abscisic acid in Quеrсus robur L. under drought conditions

This study focuses on evaluation of the transcriptional activity of genes involved in abscisic acid (ABA) metabolism in Quercus robur L. under soil drought conditions. Gene expression analysis was performed using RNA-seq data obtained through nanopore sequencing (Oxford Nanopore), followed by normalization using the RPG10K method. The results reveal complex regulation of ABA biosynthesis and catabolism pathways under drought stress, providing insights into the adaptation mechanisms of Q. robur.
