The Vavilov Journal of Genetics and Breeding is one of Russia\u2019s leading scientific journals, publishing articles on a wide range of current topics such as plant and animal genetics and breeding, medical genetics, bioinformatics, systems biology, and more. It is included in the RSCI core (Russian Science Citation Index) with an impact factor of 1.910. The journal is listed in the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for publishing results from dissertation research. In the Ministry&#8217;s &#8220;White List,&#8221; the journal holds the highest category (Category 1). The journal is indexed in international scientometric databases such as the Web of Science Core Collection (ESCI group, Q3, IF = 0.98) and Scopus (Q2, SJR = 0.282, h-index = 17). All issues are deposited in the free search system PubMed Central. Additionally, the journal is included in DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 10pt\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pismavavilov.ru\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/pismavavilov.ru\/&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1738384953548000&#038;usg=AOvVaw2T1Fapf9efsSxfNe1K9WeL\"><strong>\u00abLetters to the Vavilov Journal of Genetics and Breeding\u00bb<\/strong><\/a>. The online journal *Letters to the Vavilov Journal of Genetics and Breeding* is included in the RSCI (impact factor 0.474) and is listed in the DOAJ open access database. As of June 15, 2023, it has been included in the HAC list by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for publishing dissertation-related research results in the following specialties:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;font-size: 10pt\">&#8211; 1.5.7.
