Each of the past Young Scientists Schools concerned topics urgent at those times. To preserve this tradition, the SBB-2015 will be dedicated to bioinformatics and systems biology\u00a0<strong>in such areas as<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Next generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis: genomics and evolutionary bioinformatics (<a href=\"https:\/\/conf.icgbio.ru\/sbb2016\/section_1\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">description<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Structural biology: bioinformatics and molecular dynamics (<a href=\"https:\/\/conf.icgbio.ru\/sbb2016\/section_2\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">description<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Systems biology: analysis of molecular-genetic systems and gene network modeling (<a href=\"https:\/\/conf.icgbio.ru\/sbb2016\/section_3\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">description<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Practical workshops<\/strong> will include following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Metagenomics: high-throughput sequencing data analysis in the study of microbial communities<\/li>\n<li>Modeling of apoptosis cd95 signaling pathway<\/li>\n<li>Structural biology: drug design<\/li>\n<li>Molecular phylogeny and evolution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Young scientists, PhD students and undergraduate students are invited to participate in the School. Particularly, we encourage those of you who are interested in modern theoretical approaches in biology and their application on different biological objects. The School Program include <strong>lecture session<\/strong> and <strong>practical works<\/strong> on modern approaches of biological data analysis and high-throughput computing.
