{"id":34,"date":"2016-12-07T11:50:52","date_gmt":"2016-12-07T08:50:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/conf.bionet.nsc.ru\/sbb2017\/?page_id=34"},"modified":"2021-05-20T13:38:48","modified_gmt":"2021-05-20T06:38:48","slug":"visa","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/conf.icgbio.ru\/sbb2017\/en\/visa\/","title":{"rendered":"Visa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Dear foreign guests!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the requirements of the Federal Migration Service (FMS) and the Russian legislation for foreign colleagues to participate in the School SBB-2017 it is necessary to make a humanitarian visa, which includes scientific and technical visa.\u00a0<u>Participation in the conference of foreign participants with a tourist or business visa is prohibited by the FMS rules.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Humanitarian visa is prepared on the basis of an invitation letter, which is made by the conference organizing committee in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Russia.<br \/>\nVisa invitation is prepared <strong>for\u00a0free<\/strong> in <strong>2 weeks<\/strong> for residents of \u00a0USA, China, Japan, Austria, Belgium,Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Denmark, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg,Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia.<\/p>\n<p>For\u00a0invitation letter preparation please send e-mail with the subject \u201cVisa for School SBB-2017\u201d\u00a0 to the person in charge \u2013 Dmitrieva Nadia\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:dmitrieva.nadine@gmail.com\">dmitrieva.nadine@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0(please, make a copy to\u00a0the organizing committee:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:bgrs2017@bionet.nsc.ru\">bgrs2017@bionet.nsc.ru<\/a>)<br \/>\nThe letter should contain following data:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passport copy (the page with photo)\u00a0 (PDF or any graphics format)<\/li>\n<li>Compete office address<\/li>\n<li>Position<\/li>\n<li>Post code<\/li>\n<li>Fax number<\/li>\n<li>Phone number<\/li>\n<li>The name of the city where the visa have to be prepared (in the Russian consulate in the country).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For residents of other countries (not included in the list of the countries listed above), the cost of processing the visa invitation is <strong>800 rubles<\/strong>. Turnaround time \u2013 <strong>1, 5 months<\/strong>.
