Conference p<u>articipation of foreign persons with a tourist or business visa is prohibited by the FMS rules.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>A humanitarian visa is prepared on the basis of an invitation letter, which is made by the conference organizing committee in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Russia.<br \/>\nVisa-invitation is prepared within\u00a0<strong>1.5 months<\/strong>.
