The Organizing Committee informs that there is an opportunity of booking the accommodation for participants in the hotel “Zolotaya Dolina”, as well as (optionally) in the dormitory for postgraduate students of Novosibirsk State University.
We ask you to confirm that you need the accomodation until Jule 3, 2017 to the address of the organizing committee belyaev100@icg.sbras.ru + kary@bionet.nsc.ru (subject line: Reservation of accommodation).
Prices (cost per suite per night):
- Double Room Category 1 (two beds) – 2800 rubles (1400 per person, upon double accomodation).
- Standard Double Room (double bed) – 2600 rubles (1300 per person, upon double accomodation).
- Suite (both single and double accomodation available) – 3700 rubles (1850 per person, upon double accomodation).
- Junior Suite Double (one double bed, both single and double accomodation available) – 2800 rubles per room.
- Quadruple standard (2 double-bunk beds) – 2000 rubles (500 rub. per person).
If you pay total cost for Double Room Category, it is entirely yours. In case of excessive number of reservations this option is inaccessible. In the event of any changes, please notify us not later than 14 working days before the date of arrival.

In addition to the hotel “Zolotaya Dolina” there is an available accommodation for participants in the comfortable, newly built dormitory for NSU postgraduates (1a Street Lyapunov, 4). Dormitory is in a 5-minute walk from the hotel “Golden Valley”, and in a 7-minute walk from the Institute of Cytology and Genetics of SB RAS.
The cost of a place in a double room – 700 rubles per person.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES in a NSU dormitory 1a (str. Lyapunov 4):
The organizing committee provides the administrator with the list of participants (timetable of administration: daily from 9:00 to 20:00). Lists, as well as room keys, are kept on the reception. The reception is open for 24 hours.
