The Organizing Committee pleased to inform that for those of you who need hotel accommodations it is possible to reserve a room in the Hotel “Zolotaya Dolina”.
Please confirm necessity of the reservation of hotel till 20-th June 2016 to nskvogis@icg.sbras.ru (Email title: Accommodation reservation).
Special discounts available for the participants of Plant Genetics and Genomics For Food Security – 2016 are included in the rates below; so all reservation should be made through the Organizing Committee.
The following rooms are available (prices are per night, in rubles):
- Suite (one or two persons) – 3600 rubles.
- Semi-Suite (one or two persons) – 2600 rubles.
Reservation cost is 25% of one-night’s room rate. In case you wish to stay single in a double room, you may do so but need to pay in full. The Hotel administration reserves the right to refuse to sell the double room to a single person due to limitation of vacant rooms.
In case you are not going to come please let us know so we could cancel the reservation of the room!
Registration fee doesn’t cover hotel accommodation!
Hotel rooms prices are valid on December 2015!
