It has been shown that in vitro lavender plants express genes responsible for the biosynthesis of cell walls, growth, oxidative and temperature stress. The regulation of adaptation processes occurs due to the work of peroxidases, oxidoreductases, body shock proteins, thickening of cell walls, and the work of stomata. Considering the relatively low level of gene expression of signaling systems during 30- and 60-day adaptation, we can reasonably assume that the adaptation processes are completed, the plants are ready for planting and successful cultivation in the open field.Tsyupka-V.A._2021_poster-PlantGen2021
