Master class №1 – about work with portable devices for analyzing plants by spectral methods.
Duration – 1,5 hours.
Master class on work with portable devices allowing to measure the following parameters of plants
- Absorption, reflection and transmission indicators of samples
- Illumination level and spectral composition of light
- Chlorophyll fluorescence (Ft, QY, OJIP, NPQ, LC)
- Chlorophyll content, nitrogen status, flavonols and anthocyanins in leaves.
