Abstracts

Important clarification: earlier in the information letter we wrote that only abstracts with permission of the expert committee of the author’s organisation to publish this abstract will be included in the collection of abstracts. Important: This requirement applies only to abstracts in which Russian organisations are referred. If a School participant submitting an abstract is an employee of a foreign organisation (i.e. there are no references to Russian organisations in the affiliations in the abstract) – this permission of the expert committee is not required.

The collection of abstracts reviewed and accepted by the Programme Committee will be published on the conference website. The collection will be indexed with ISBN and DOI, and each abstract will be assigned a DOI. At the end of the event, the collection will be placed in the RINC (Scientific Electronic Library).

Uploading abstracts

The file containing the abstracts uploaded via this link should be named with the first author’s surname in English, e.g. Petrov A_ Abstracts.

Abstracts should be submitted in English or Russian (choice of the author). The Organising Committee will notify the authors upon receiving the abstracts. The abstracts, prepared according to the rules of abstract presentation (see below), should be attached to the abstract submission form. Registration is required to submit an abstract.

Abstract structure

HEADING

AUTHORS
The names of the authors are listed on a separate line, separated by commas: first the surname, then the initials. The names are followed by the affiliation indices in superscript numerals. The name of the corresponding author – the author who submitted the abstract – is marked with an asterisk. Below this, the affiliations are listed in the order of the authors’ names. The e-mail address of the corresponding author should be placed on a separate line.

KEY WORDS
The list of keywords should contain 5-10 words or word combinations from the text that best characterise its content and make it possible to search for information. Keywords should be written in the nominative case, in lower case, separated by a semicolon, without a dot at the end.

TEXT
It is recommended to organise the text into the following sections: Motivation and Aim, Methods and Algorithms, Results, Conclusion, Funding; if necessary, i.e. if you have used in-text citations, References. All section titles should be in italics. Abstracts should be concise and include only material relevant to the sections. The Conclusion section describes how the research results can be accessed, if applicable. For example, the software developed is available online or for download should be presented with the full address where the software can be accessed. In the Funding section, indicate the source of funding.

REFERENCES
References in the text are given in square brackets in sequential order of mentioning, starting from number 1. Sources should be arranged in the order in which they appear in the text and numbered with Arabic numerals.
