Posters

Requirements for electronic posters to be posted in the Interactive Poster Session section of the website:
  • The electronic poster presentation is a Power Point presentation of 4-6 slides.
  • Each presentation should include a summary of the following sections: Aim of the study, Materials and methods, Results, Conclusion(s).
  • The amount of text should be minimal. Data should be presented primarily in the form of tables and figures.
  • Advertising, trade names of drugs and products are not allowed in the text of the poster.
  • The poster should be converted into a pdf file for submission.
  • It is possible (but not mandatory) to attach an audio and/or video file presenting the study results to the pdf presentation. The length of the presentation should not exceed 5 minutes. Technical requirements for videos: preferred resolution 1280*720 pixels, maximum size 128 megabytes.

Requirements for paper posters (displayed in the physical poster session):

  • The space on the stand where the poster will be displayed must be 80 cm. (width) and 90 cm. (height). Participants may print their posters either in A1 format or in the maximum size for the stand, i.e. 80 cm x 90 cm. The orientation of the poster is therefore vertical.
