Dear colleagues:
On August 28 – September 1, 2011, Institute of Cytology and Genetics, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Novosibirsk, Russia) organizes the International Conference “Wheat genetic resources and genomics”.
(1) Utilization of wheat genetic resources in breeding.
(2) Genetics and breeding in a changing environment.
(3) Biotechnology and molecular-genetic methods for new genotypes development.
(4) Structural and functional genomics.
(5) Bioinformatics and new technologies.
We plan to attract Russian and foreign scientists involved in collaborative research in several directions of wheat biotechnology, genomics, genetics and breeding. The Russian- French round table will be organized during the conference. The Young Scientists School “Bioinformatic methods and next generation sequence technologies” will take place within the frames of the conference on August, 26-30, 2011.
