Accomodation

The Organizing Committee informs that for participants there will be booked a places in the hotel “Golden Valley”, as well as (optionally) in postgraduate NSU dormitory.

We ask you to confirm that you want the accomodation untip July 31, 2018 to the address of the organizing committee sbb2018@icg.sbras.ru  (subject line: Reservation of accommodation).

Hotel “Golden Valley”.
Prices (cost per room per night):

• Double Room Category 1 (two beds) – 2800 rubles (1400 rubles. With a single in double room).
• Standard Double Room (twin beds) – 2800 rubles (1400 rbl. From one in double room).
• Luxury (one double bed, can be placed, and one and two persons) – 5800 rubles.
• Junior Suite Double (one double bed, can be placed one / two persons) – 3700 rubles per room.
• Quadruple standard (2-ve bunk beds) – 2000 rubles (500 rub. per person).

If you pay fully for Double Room Category, it is fully yours. In case of high booking amount such option is not permitted. In the event of any changes, please notify us not later than 14 working days before the date of arrival.

In addition to the hotel “Golden Valley” accommodation for participants is possible in the new, comfortable, newly built dormitory for NSU  postgraduate (1a Street Lyapunov, 4). Dormitory is in a 5-minute walk from the hotel “Golden Valley”, and in a 7-minute walk from the Institute of Cytology and Genetics of SB RAS, 15 minutes from the House of Scientists, which will host the Conference BGRS/SB-2018. The cost of a place in a double room – 700 rubles per person.

SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES in a NSU dormitory 1a (str. Lyapunov 4):
The organizing committee  provide administrator with the list of participants (timetable of administration: weekdays from 9:00 to 20:00). Lists will be given on the reception. The keys to the rooms are keeping on reception. The reception is open 24 hours.

NEW HOTEL
You are free to book your accommodation in the new Hotel Park Wood Akademgorodok situated on 630117, Novosibirsk, Arbuzova street, 6/2 (15 minutes by public transport from the House of Scientists of the SB RAS, where will be held the conference).
