Dear foreign guests!

According to the requirements of the Federal Migration Service (FMS) and the Russian legislation for foreign colleagues to participate in the School SBB-2017 it is necessary to make a humanitarian visa, which includes scientific and technical visa. Participation in the conference of foreign participants with a tourist or business visa is prohibited by the FMS rules.

Humanitarian visa is prepared on the basis of an invitation letter, which is made by the conference organizing committee in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Russia.
Visa invitation is prepared for free in 2 weeks for residents of  USA, China, Japan, Austria, Belgium,Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Denmark, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg,Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia.

For invitation letter preparation please send e-mail with the subject “Visa for School SBB-2017”  to the person in charge – Dmitrieva Nadia dmitrieva.nadine@gmail.com (please, make a copy to the organizing committee: bgrs2017@bionet.nsc.ru)
The letter should contain following data:

  • Passport copy (the page with photo)  (PDF or any graphics format)
  • Compete office address
  • Position
  • Post code
  • Fax number
  • Phone number
  • The name of the city where the visa have to be prepared (in the Russian consulate in the country).

For residents of other countries (not included in the list of the countries listed above), the cost of processing the visa invitation is 800 rubles. Turnaround time – 1, 5 months. Payment will be carried out on arrival at the conference (at the registration).
IMPORTANT: for residents of these countries for preparation of visa invitations, along with the rest of the documents listed above, it is necessary to send a complete copy of your passport (including blank pages).
